Two training programs are getting a great amount of attention in the fitness world, and they are P90X and Insanity. For the trainee that is seeking a hard body, both are showing very encouraging results.
P90X Workout 101
P90X is about proper exercise and proper nutrition. P90X is based on actual science and is a training fitness program that is created for the home by top experts in the fitness industry and nutritionists. The goal of the program is to guide the trainee along in an effective and organized manner with a step by step strategy that is tailored to work for each individual.
How P90X Works
P90X is based on the science of muscle confusion. The program is a 90 day training course and one that consists of three phases that is about exercise, routines and move. This is a unique approach, somewhat like a graduated program where the trainee enters the next phase after completing one phase which conditions their body for the next level. The effectiveness of the P90X workout is that the trainee is not following the same exercises or fitness program over and over again which begins to decrease the results seen, but is constantly advancing into new routines which results in “Plateau Effect”. With the training designed for the trainee to continually alter between different movements. This allows for a more effective workout.
What Do You Get in the P90X System
With the P90X workout system, trainees will receive the 3 phase nutrition guide which is designed to give to burn fat and provide energy. The package also includes a P90X fitness guide that will walk the trainee through each of the phases of the program so that they have a thorough understanding of each exercise that is included in the 90 day workout schedule. A special “how to bring it” video introduces the Power 90X system and explains each detail to get you going.
